How do I get started?

How much does it cost?
New members can hit the ground running with an initial investment of $70,000. This means that even your fee is within your control. This initial fee includes your training, equipment, business insurance, marketing blitz and a branded vehicle wrap so you can enter the industry in style.
Will there be training?
You can’t lead an industry without extensive training. Grime2Shine training programs cover how to perform each service, but also equipment and customer service training, as well as any web-based tools and custom systems provided. The industry is always growing, and so is our knowledge base, with ongoing training practices.
Will I be able to work year round?
At Grime2Shine Property Maintenance Services, every season is busy season! Instead of only working in the sunshine, our technicians are hard at work all year long. Spring is always a great time for a sprucing up, so Grime2Shine crews are often busy with gutter cleaning, window washing, roof cleaning and soft washing, while Fall focus usually falls on pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning and routine roof care, such as de-cluttering. When winter weather rolls around, we keep busy with snow removal and salting services, as well as Christmas light installation.
